Francesco is a Partner with ParenteBeard LLC and is located in the Philadelphia office. ParenteBeard LLC is a leader in providing CPA and business advisory services to small businesses, middle market companies and SEC registrants

Francesco has over 17 years of experience, and has extensive knowledge of financial reporting requirements, financial statement preparation and review, and complex audit issues. While he serves a wide-ranging client base which includes a number of SEC and middle market companies, his primary focus is on private and public financial services companies. Earlier in his career, he also served as the controller for a $60 million chemical company.

Francesco is experienced in all aspects of SEC reporting and filings under both the 1933 and 1934 Acts, communications with the SEC, and initial public offerings. Immediately prior to joining ParenteBeard, Frank spent time with BDO Seidman LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, primarily serving the audit needs of SEC reporting clients and middle market companies.

Francesco earned a BS, Business Administration degree from Temple University and a MSFS from St. Joseph’s University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Managers Society and the Turnaround Management Association.

Francesco is also fluent in the Italian Language.
