Frank D. Giardini, CPA
President Emeritus
Frank D. Giardini is the Managing Director of the EXOTAX Practice for KPMG’s Mid-Atlantic Region as well as for the Philadelphia Business Unit. His primary focus is in the areas of health care, higher education as well as large tax-exempt organizations.
Mr. Giardini was the Director of the Exempt Organization Tax Group for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP in Philadelphia prior to joining KPMG. He is one of the KPMG’s experts in health care and nonprofit taxation issues with 22 years of experience addressing exempt organization tax issues.
Professional Activities and Memberships:
Mr. Giardini is a frequent speaker and instructor on various tax topics for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania, and Health Care Financial Management Association. He has been very much involved in the Greater Philadelphia regional business and community activities. Frank was a founding member of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, Inc., where he currently serves as its President Emeritus. He was the elected auditor of Springfield Township (Delaware County, PA) and served as the Treasurer of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority.
Education:
Mr. Giardini has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from La Salle University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Villanova University.
