KENNETH
R. VENNERA
President
Kenneth R. Vennera has been a practicing attorney
for over
10 years, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania (1994), New Jersey
(1994), Washington, D.C (1996) and New York (2000). Mr. Vennera has
extensive experience handling mergers and acquisitions, all manner of
corporate governance issues, securities work including compliance with
the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act of 1934 and public and
private offerings of securities. He has previously served as a senior
corporate and securities associate in the New York office of a
Pittsburgh-based national law firm, 2000-2002, as well as in-house
counsel and in the tax department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP,
1997-1999.

Mr. Vennera is a dual citizen (U.S.-Italy/E.U.) and is proficient in

STEVE CRESCIMONE

Mr. Crescimone is an Account
Manager with
Xerox Corporation. Mr. Crescimone was formerly with StrategicLink
Consulting in Exton, Pennsylvania as well as with Unisys Corporation in
Blue Bell. He has a B.A. in English and Psychology from Shippensburg
University and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Business
Administration with the University of Phoenix with a concentration in
Global Management. He was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia
area and he has studied extensively abroad in Europe.
FRANK
D. GIARDINI
President Emeritus
Frank D. Giardini is the Managing Director of the
EXOTAX
Practice for KPMG’s Mid-Atlantic Region as well as for the
Philadelphia
Business Unit. His primary focus is in the areas of health care, higher
education as well as large tax-exempt organizations. Mr. Giardini was
the Director of the Exempt Organization Tax Group for Coopers &
Lybrand, LLP in Philadelphia prior to joining KPMG. He is one of the
KPMG’s experts in health care and nonprofit taxation issues
with 22
years of experience addressing exempt organization tax issues.
Professional Activities and Memberships: Mr.
Giardini is a
frequent speaker and instructor on various tax topics for the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the Hospital Association of
Pennsylvania, and Health Care Financial Management Association. He has
been very much involved in the Greater Philadelphia regional business
and community activities. Frank was a founding member of the
Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, Inc.,
where he currently serves as its President Emeritus. He was the elected
auditor of Springfield Township (Delaware County, PA) and served as the
Treasurer of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority. .
Education: Mr. Giardini has a B.S. Degree in
Accounting
from La Salle University and a Masters Degree in Taxation
from
Villanova University.

JOSEPH
A. AUTERI, MSFS, AEP, Partner- Financial Adviser
Joseph
A. Auteri received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and
Economics in 1993 from Drexel University.
While
attending Drexel between 1989 and 1993, he worked as a Special Benefits
Coordinator at CIGNA Corporation.
Mr. Auteri
continues to lecture on campus with respects to the opportunities in
the entrepreneurial world.
In
July 2001, Mr. Auteri obtained both a Masters of Science degree in
Financial Services and the Accredited Estate Planner designation from
the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Mr.
Auteri is licensed as an Investment Adviser Representative with Eagle
Strategies Corporation, a Registered Investment Adviser.
At Berardi, Auteri & Associates LLP, Mr. Auteri’s
areas of
expertise include: wealth management and estate maximization
strategies, business succession planning as well as institutional and
private asset management.
In November of 2003, Mr. Auteri received the designation of
“Academic
Fellow” from the European Academy for Economic and Cultural
Relations
for his distinguished work in the field of Finance and Economics.
Mr. Auteri is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and
the Delaware Valley Planned Giving Council.
He is
also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial
Advisers and the Million Dollar Round Table.
Mr.
Auteri serves as the Executive Vice President of the National
Italian-American Political Action Committee, and is a member of the
Board of Governors of Drexel University’s Alumni Association.
Joe also serves as a member of the Armed Services Committee at The
Union League of Philadelphia and is a volunteer with the USO (United
Services Organization). He is also a
member of the
Center for the Study of the Presidency and the Foreign Policy Research
Institute.
Joe
and his wife Diana have a son named Joseph and a daughter named
Giuliana. They reside in Drexel
Hill, Pennsylvania.

DONNA MARIE BUSCAGLIA
Donna Marie
Buscaglia is a multi-faceted sales and marketing professional with an
expertise in commercial lending. As Vice President and Director of
Business Development with The Bancorp Bank, she focuses on small and
medium-sized businesses, with a specialization in construction and
commercial investment real estate.
Prior to joining
The Bancorp Bank, Donna Marie was a Vice President, Commercial Lending
for PNC Bank. Here she made her mark as a consistent top- ten loan
closer. In addition, she was awarded the region Relationship Award and
the region Gold Medal for overall sales results. Because of her
professional knowledge, outgoing personality and strong team player
attitude, she was chosen to mentor/coach newly hired Commercial Bankers
in the region. Donna Marie's success is driven by her deep- rooted work
ethic and desire to always provide the very best service for her
clients. These attributes have not only been a professional asset to
Donna Marie, but they have also gained her many new friendships along
the way.
Prior to joining
PNC Bank, Donna Marie was a District Sales Executive with Expeditors
International, involved with the global supply chain logistical needs
of area businesses. Here, too, she excelled, receiving Expeditor's MVP
Award.
After graduating from Antionelli College, Donna Marie was recognized in
the Philadelphia Inquirer as an up and coming young entrepreneur. Donna
Marie specialized in aerial photography for Philadelphia area
developers and architects. As the market changed in the late 1980's,
she changed her career to the corporate side of the business world.
Her professional
background also includes the ownership of several businesses that
focused on marketing and personal fitness. She studied both business
and photography, and has attended numerous continuing education
courses, including Commercial Lending and Omega Underwriting &
Loan training.
A resident of
Delaware County, Donna Marie's greatest pleasure is spending quality
time with son Bruce, her pride and joy of 14 years, and Caesar, their
big, loving Rottweiler. Donna Marie also enjoys playing tennis,
gardening and working passionately on her 75 year-old tudor
home.

Colmen Group, Managing Director
Peter Colella has been active in corporate finance
activities on a national and international level over the course of his
32 year career. Since 1981 when he founded Colmen, his areas of
specialization have involved all aspects of Colmen’s
services:
Investment Banking, Turnarounds, and Management Advisory.
Mr. Colella has taken Colmen to new levels in merger and acquisition,
corporate finance and business consulting services, including sales,
purchases, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged transactions and
management buyouts in both private and public companies. In addition to
over 300 successful investment banking transactions, he has also built
a stellar performance record with turnarounds and profit improvement
services over the past twenty years. Mr. Colella has assembled the
“Colmen Team” of operational professionals,
positioning Colmen to
address the contemporary needs of the business community. Mr. Colella
shares his expertise in seminars and public speaking engagements
throughout the country.
Previously, Mr. Colella was employed by billion dollar manufacturing
and distribution firms. He was a financial officer with Berwind
Corporation, a private Philadelphia-based diversified industrial
company. Additionally, he was a financial officer for the North
American operations of Royal Doulton China, Ltd.
Mr. Colella holds an MBA from St. John’s University and BS
degree in
Business Administration from LaSalle College. He is active in a number
of civic, social and business organizations and has served as vice
president, president and board chairman of the Philadelphia Chapter of
the Association for Corporate Growth as well as national vice
president. Currently, Mr. Colella is a Board member of several
corporations including a non-profit school for mentally challenged
individuals, a manufacturer of labels, and a NASD brokerage firm, which
he also founded. Mr. Colella holds a series 7 and 24 securities license.

JESSICA
CONLEY, Esq.
Ms. Conley is an Assistant District Attorney for the
Delaware County District Attorney’s Office in Media,
Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the District
Attorney’s Office,
she was an Assistant Public Defender with the Public
Defender’s Office
of Delaware County and a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Frank T.
Hazel of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. She
taught
Criminal Justice courses as an adjunct professor at Delaware County
Community College. She received her B.S. in Accounting and her minor in
English at Villanova University College of Commerce & Finance
and
her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Conley
is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the
State of New Jersey, the Third Circuit of the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Conley has worked in private practice in the following areas: wills
and estates, retirement and financial planning, small business and
corporate, landlord-tenant, domestic relations, and personal injury and
has a Broker’s License in Series 6 and Series 63 in PA and
DE.
She is a part-time Registered Representative with PlanMember Services
Corporation.
Ms. Conley has served as President and Board Member of the Justinian
Law Society of Delaware County; Recording Secretary of Guy G. DeFuria
Inn of Court; Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Brehon
Law Society. She is a member of the Pennsylvania District
Attorneys’
Association and the National District Attorneys’ Association.
Ms Conley
has served on the Board of Advisors and as a Class Representative for
the Villanova Law School Alumni. An active member of the Delaware
County Bar Association, she has served on the Board of Directors and on
committees for Law Day (High School program Co-chair), Criminal Legal
Education (Co-chair), Community Outreach, and the Young
Lawyers.
She is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and the Northeast
River Yacht Club. She is a member of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and
the Brandywine Museum. Ms. Conley is a Committeeperson in Upper Darby
Township (3-11).
As a member of the Order Sons of Italy in America, Grand Lodge of
Pennsylvania, she served as President, Vice- President, and Recording
Secretary of Central Delco Lodge #2438. She is the State
Trustee
for District Five and the 1st Vice-President of the Commission for
Social Justice. She has served on committees for the Purple Aster Ball,
Columbus Day, Membership, and the Future Good of the Order.
Ms.
Conley is a council member of NIAF (National Italian American
Foundation), an Advisory Board member of NIA-PAC, Secretary of the
Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, and has
memberships in the America-Italy Society of Philadelphia, Associazione
Regionale Abruzzese del Delaware Valley, and Modern Sicilian
Network.
Ms. Conley was the 2005 Recipient of the Law & Justice Award
from
the Commission for Social Justice, Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania,
O.S.I.A.; 2004 Recipient of a 15-year Service Award from the County of
Delaware; and the 2002 Recipient of the Nicholas D. Vadino, Jr.
Memorial Award for Significant Contributions to The Delaware County Bar
Association by a Young Lawyer.
JOELL
CORSO
Ms. Corso was born in the Philadlephia area of
Sicilian
immigrants. She was raised with a strong appreciation for her Italian
heritage and the Italian Culture (in her family they still make their
wine homemade and jar their own tomato sauce each year). Ms. Corso
attended The Restaurant School in Philadelphia for Restaurant
Management and Culinary Arts, while managing her family business full
time. Her parents own The Mediterranean Banquet Hall located in South
Philadelphia. She currently meets with clients, managing the front and
back of the house and also does some of the cooking. Have being
involved in the family business for the past twelve years has given Ms.
Corso a strong network in the Italian American community in the local
Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. The Mediterranean Banquet Hall has
hosted many affairs for the Italian American Committees in the area,
such as The Sicilian Association and Filitalia. She has a strong
commitment to keeping Italian Americans active in our community.
DR. JOSEPH F. D’ANGELO
Dr.
D’Angelo is currently the
Writing Center Director for LaSalle College High School and a former
adjunct professor teaching Educational Psychology, General Methods, and
Foundations in Education at La Salle University. He also taught English
and writing at Pennsylvania State University.
He is a member of the National Council of Teachers
of
English, the National Catholic Education Association, the Association
of Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Modern Language
Association, and the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.
Dr. D’Angelo holds a doctorate in
Educational
Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master
of Arts in English from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science
degree in English with minors in Social Science and Philosophy from St.
Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

ANTHONY
DI
SANDRO
Anthony Di Sandro is President/CEO and Director of
PSB
Bancorp, Inc. He is President/CEO and Director of First Penn Bank. He
is President and Director of Transnational Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Di
Sandro has dedicated his career to banking and finance, having risen up
through the ranks to his current position. Mr. Di Sandro began his
banking career shortly after immigrating to the United States from
Colli a Volturno in the province of Isernia, Italy in 1966. In 1967,
Mr. Di Sandro began working as a cashier at Fidelity Bank and quickly
rose up the ranks to Senior Banking Officer. Financing his education,
Mr. Di Sandro attended Temple University and obtained his degree in
Business Administration and Accounting while pursuing his banking
career goals.
In 1978, he was hired as General Manager of
Pennsylvania
Savings Association, a small bank in the heart of South Philadelphia,
serving the Italian-American community. In 1983, the charter of the
Bank was changed to a Savings Bank and it became known as Pennsylvania
Savings Bank. Under his leadership, the Bank grew from one branch to a
multi-branch, full-service community bank. In 1995, the bank again
converted its charter to a Stock Mutual Holding Company and established
its headquarters in Center City Philadelphia. Thereafter, in 1998,
under Mr. Di Sandro’s guidance and leadership, the Bank went
to a full
public conversion. In 1999, Pennsylvania Savings Bank acquired First
Bank of Philadelphia and became First Penn Bank, a full-service
commercial banking institution. In June 2001, the bank acquired IGA
Bank. Currently, Mr. Di Sandro oversees the bank’s operation
with
twelve branches and more than 170 employees in the state of
Pennsylvania. Among his professional affiliations include the American
Bankers Association, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, the
Philadelphia Chamber or Commerce as well as the Italian American
Chamber of Commerce.
In 1992, Mayor Edward Rendell appointed Mr. Di
Sandro
Chairman of the Sinking Fund Commission, a three member commission,
including the City Controller and City Director of Finance. The
Commission manages city funds and administers the
“PGW” Retirement
Fund. He served in this capacity a term of ten years.
In addition to his business responsibilities, Mr. Di
Sandro is dedicated and committed to the Italian American community. A
leading proponent of the Italian American community, Mr. Di Sandro is
an active member of several community based and charitable Italian
American organizations including the Sons of Italy, and the National
Italian American Foundation “NIAF”. He also was a
founding member of
FAMUSA (Federation of Molise Associations in the USA).
In mid 90’s Mr. Di Sandro was a founding
member of the
Alliance of Italian American Associations. Mr. Di Sandro served as the
organization’s first Vice-President and President. Mr. Di
Sandro also
served as Chairman of the Alliance’s Festa Della Reppublica
celebration
at Penn’s Landing under the auspices of the Italian Consul
General. Mr.
Di Sandro served as the Chairman of the Alliance for eight years. The
Alliance seeks to unite the numerous Italian-American organizations in
the Philadelphia area. Mr. Di Sandro has been a leading proponent of
promoting young Italian Americans within the Alliance and within the
community.
In addition, Mr. Di Sandro was a founding member of
NIAPAC, National Italian American Political Action Committee, a
national organization funded by private contributions to offer
bi-partisan support to Italian American political candidates for office
throughout the country. He served on the Quincentennial Committee to
commemorate 500 years celebration of Christopher Columbus’
discovery of
America. He has also been active in the Philadelphia-Florence Sister
Cities Committee and was participated in organizing the Splendor of
Florence Celebration.
Mr. Di Sandro has been actively engaged in the
creation of
the Italian American Cultural Center. He is currently involved in the
effort to create a national Italian American Museum in the Philadelphia
area which seeks to create the first national museum to showcase the
contribution of Italians and Italo-Americans.
Mr. Di Sandro also gives of his time generously to
various
community organizations, including serving as Chairman of the St. Agnes
Medical Center Foundation and on the Board of the St. Agnes Medical
Center/Mercy Health East for a period of ten years. Mr. Di Sandro was
appointed by the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners and is
currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of
Montgomery County Community College. He is a member of the Board of the
Delaware Valley Regional Economic Development Corp.
He is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia,
the
Pyramid Club of Philadelphia, and the North Hills Country Club.
FRANCESCO
FROIO
Francesco Froio is an Assurance Senior Manager for
BMC LLP
Paoli office, primarily responsible for the oversight and completion of
assurance field services. Frank has over twelve years of accounting and
auditing experience in a number of industries, including but not
limited to financial services, manufacturing, retailing and
distribution, telecommunications, insurance, e-commerce and legal
services. He has strong experience in serving both publicly and
privately held companies. Frank is actively involved in BMC LLP local
Financial Institutions Industry Services Group and in the recruiting
function for the Paoli office. Frank has an M.S. in Financial Services
from St. Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Accounting from
Temple
University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, Turnaround Management Association and Financial Managers
Society He is also fluent in the Italian Language.

VINCENT GENOVESE
Vincent Genovese was born in Italy and moved to the
U.S.
in 1956. He worked for a major CPA firm in Philadelphia to later join
Avis Rent-a-Car International in London, U.K. as Audit Manager for
Europe, Africa and Middle East. At Avis for a total of eleven years, he
assumed various assignments: General Manager, Israel based in Tel Aviv;
Middle East Director, based in Athens, Greece; Vice President
Operations, Europe, Africa and Middle East based in London. After
having traveled extensively abroad, he returned to Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania to join Agusta Aerospace Corporation (AAC) as Vice
President of Finance and Administration and was later promoted to
Executive Vice President. AAC is a fully owned subsidiary of the Milan
based Agusta S. p.a. which merged with the U.K.-based Westland
Helicopters to form AgustaWestland, one of the world’s
leaders in the
helicopter industry. He visits Italy quarterly for management review
meetings.
Professional Activities and Memberships: He is a
co-founder of the Philadelphia Italy America Chamber of Commerce,
co-founder and first president, and now chairman of the Alliance of
Italian American Associations, member of the Board of advisors of
Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, as well as director
and member of several other civic and social organizations.
Education: Mr. Genovese graduated from Temple
University
in Business Administration and has a CPA in Pennsylvania.

RICHARD
KRYZANOWSKI
Mr. Krzyzanowski is
the former Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of
Crown Cork and Seal Company, Philadelphia. He is President of
the Pope John Paul II Foundation. He has had numerous
business dealings in and with Italy and speaks fluent Italian.

LOUIS
MASSIMO MICOLUCCI
Mr. Micolucci is a
licensed pharmacist and an entrepreneur by
training. He graduated from the Philadelphia
College of Pharmacy and Sciences in 1990 with a B.S. in
Pharmacy. He is a member of the American Academy of
Apothecaries, National Association of Community Pharmacists and
International Association of Compounding Pharmacists. He
manages all aspects of the North American market for Ursini USA, a
distributor of artigianal olive oils from an estate in Fossacessia,
Abruzzo, Italy . He is an Italian citizen and speaks Italian
fluently.

VITO MIRIELLO
Mr. Miriello has lived and worked in the greater
Philadelphia region his entire life. He is a Senior Vice
President/Senior Relationship Manager of Commercial Banking for
Wachovia Bank. He has been with Wachovia and its predecessor
banks since 1989. Prior to this, he was with the Philadelphia
Saving Fund Society/Meritor as a Loan Officer. Mr. Miriello
has a
Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and
Accounting from LaSalle University, Philadelphia and an Bachelor of
Science degree with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from
Drexel University, Philadelphia.
He is Board Member of the Police Athletic League and has been a Board
Member of the Comitato Organizzativo San Marziale, Inc. since 1985 as
well as of Filitalia from 1995 through 2000.

LOUIS
PADULO
Louis
Padulo is
President Emeritus of the University City Science Center (UCSC), where
he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1991,
following a year's appointment as visiting scientist at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prior to that, Dr. Padulo
was President of the University of Alabama in
Huntsville
(UAH). He was a Visiting Professor in the Media Lab at MIT and at the
University of Tokyo before joining UAH. Previously Padulo spent
thirteen years as Dean of the College of Engineering at Boston
University
and, in his last year, as Associate Vice President. During his tenure
at Boston University he was also a professor of
mathematics and of engineering, as well as a Senior Fellow at the
Center for Technology, Strategy and Policy. Preceding Boston, Dr.
Padulo served on the faculty of Stanford University for
seven years, having formerly taught for nine years at Morehouse,
Harvard, Columbia, Georgia State and San Jose State
universities. Dr. Padulo has worked as a computer scientist for IBM, a
design engineer for RCA, a systems analyst for the Mitre Corporation,
and as a consultant for numerous national and international
organizations. The author of two books and several articles, Padulo
earned his doctorate at Georgia Institute of Technology, his master's
degree from Stanford University, and his bachelor's degree from
Fairleigh Dickinson University, all in electrical engineering.
Padulo
has served as
chairman of several regional and national committees, such as the
Committee on Minorities in Engineering, the National Planning
Commission for Expanding Minority Opportunities in Engineering, and the
Committee on Women and Minorities. A lifetime member of the NAACP and a
Fellow of both the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE)
and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE),
Padulo served as President of the Congress of Higher Education which
represents eighty-three colleges and universities in the greater
Philadelphia region. Dr. Padulo has also served on numerous boards,
including LibertyNet, Fairleigh Dickinson University, the United Negro
College Fund Advisory Board, International House of Philadelphia, the
Philadelphia Education Fund, the Ben Franklin Technology Center of
Southeastern Pennsylvania, Presbyterian Hospital, the Presbyterian
Foundation for Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Convention &
Visitors Bureau.
Dr.
Padulo has been
honored with several awards for Excellence in Teaching and has been
recognized for his work on behalf of minorities and women.
Dr.
Padulo was presented with the Reginald H. Jones Distinguished Service
Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Minority Engineering Effort
by the General Electric Foundation and NACME, and the Vincent Bendix
Minorities in Engineering Award by ASEE. Padulo also directed
two
National Science Foundation sponsored programs which he created:
Computational Research in Mathematics (at Morehouse College), and the
Late Entry Accelerated Program (LEAP, at Boston University).
Initially funded to help women with weak science or math backgrounds
return to school to earn master’s degrees in computer fields,
LEAP was
expanded to include men when it became financially self-sufficient.
Dr.
Padulo is married
to Katharine Seamans Padulo and has two grown sons, Robert and Joseph.

Mario Rivello has worked in engineering and management positions for
the DuPont Company since 2000. Positions include roles in process
engineering, leading several Six Sigma projects, leading change as a
site-wide initiative at a research and development facility, and
recently, program management of capital project work at
DuPont’s Corporate Headquarters.
Mr. Rivello is also the sole owner of a real estate investment company,
Providence Real Estate LLC, with investment property holdings in
Southwest Florida, East Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and New
Jersey. He also is involved in a select number of projects
focused around equity placement for real estate, emerging companies,
and entrepreneurs.
Mr. Rivello has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Drexel University and is on the Board of Directors of the Drexel
College of Engineering Alumni Association (COEAA) as well as the Deputy
Chairman of Economic Development of SMART, a non-profit consortium
promoting the synergy of government, industry, and academia within a
4-state region. He is also an active member of the
International Visitors Council of Philadelphia and a member of the
National Italian-American Political Action Committee
(NIA-PAC).

ANDREW SCUTTI
Mr. Scutti is Director of Safety and Health with
Dale Co.
He is responsible for Construction Safety Training, Residential and
Commercial Construction Management, Property Management, Fall
Protection Systems, Motorized Vehicles, Expert of State and Federal
Construction Federal Regulations 1926-OSHA. Mr. Scutti is a 1993
graduate of LaSalle University. He is a U.S. U.S. Dept. of Labor-OSHA,
Authorized Trainer.
Mr. Scutti is a member of the Mid-Atlantic
Construction
Safety Council, Advisory Board; the American Society of Safety
Engineers; a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the
Merck-West Point Construction Safety Committee, Professional Member;
the Board of Directors of the National Italian-American Political
Action Committee (NIA-PAC).

SERGIO
SCUTERI
Esquire, Chairman of South Jersey Development
(Regional Representative for New Jersey)
Sergio I. Scuteri is a senior associate at the law firm Farr, Burke,
Gambacorta & Wright, P.C. with offices in Philadelphia, PA;
Mount
Laurel, NJ; and Wilmington, DE. A practicing attorney for
more
than ten years, Mr. Scuteri represents national and regional lending
institutions and other credit issuing entities in the areas of
litigation, collection, bankruptcy, work outs and
foreclosure.
Mr. Scuteri also serves as assistant general counsel to a national
manufacturer of resinous flooring, lining and coating systems, where he
advises on subjects from business policy development to construction
litigation. He is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania (1995) and the State of New Jersey (1995).
Professional Activities and Memberships: Mr. Scuteri is
currently
serving as President of the Rutgers University Camden Alumni
Association, where he oversees its Board of Trustees representing more
than 28,500 graduates from Rutgers University’s Camden
campus.
Mr. Scuteri also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for
the
University. He is a member of the Camden County Bar
Association,
serving on the Association’s Committee on Aging; and is also
a member
of the Burlington County Young Republicans.
Education: Mr. Scuteri graduated magna cum laude from the Rutgers
University School of Business at Camden with a Bachelor’s of
Science
degree in Management and Marketing (1992). He then earned a Juris
Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law (1995).
Mr. Scuteri resides in Marlton, New Jersey with his wife, Patrice, and
their daughter, Olivia. He is fluent in Italian.
