An Umbrian Serata and Tourist Expo

The first event in the "Sapori D'Italia" Series (Umbria) was held February 27-28, 2005 with chef Andrea Scotacci and Sommelier Ettore Bellucci, representative of the ConSpoleto Consortium and "Il senso del gusto" Society. Special thanks to La Famiglia and Le Castagne Restaurants for hosting and for the joint sponsorship of Tema Consulting LLC.
